  1. Man, it's my "on" week. Sounds like a great ride though! Supported, long, and hilly. If I can find someone to work for me that weekend I'll go, but we're crazy short-staffed right now, and the odds are low.

    Going to Des Moines tomorrow until Monday. We should run on Monday if you're up for it. I was slated for 20 miles, but after reading that article you posted I'm rethinking the marathon, and thus the 20 miles this weekend. Talk to you sometime this weekend.
