Ran on the treadmill for the duration of the "Jock Jams Vol. 3 CD". The entire CD ended up lasting 59:30, but I kept running to make it a solid hour. Despite the treadmill being boring, the songs were a blast from the past since I hadn't listened to the CD in about 8 years.
