I am now back to school full time for the semester. My focus for workouts will shift to making the very most out of the limited time I have. An aggressive goal that I have set for myself is to get a minimum of 5 short cardio workouts per week.Todays Workout

Did nothing yesterday.
Couple days ago...ran 7.6 mi outside.
You guys are really doing well. Maybe I'm just trying to keep up with you now......And Laura, you are getting faster! Your times on the treadmill are good.
