  2. Ran to yet another CD...it seems to be a way to keep me interested while on the treadmill. I'm mystified though, b/c after I was done with the run and looked at my time/mileage, it said I had ran 9.2 miles in 63 mins. That is really fast. I think the treadmill was malfunctioning because I don't think I ran 9.2 miles, it would be awesome if I did though! I definitely ran for 63 mins b/c I checked the time before and after. But the 9.2 mi part? That would mean I was realllly bookin' it and more than I have ever booked it in my life! Did I really do that? That's what the treadmill thinks, but I'm not convinced. To say it again, I am MYSTIFIED! Haha, it was probably just a mistake by the treadmill, but I was under the impression that machines don't make mistakes, ever. Haha so, in my fantasy world, I am believing that I actually ran that far, in that time. Ah, dare to dream.

To summarize, I am concluding with certainty that I ran 63 mins on the treadmill. Without any certainty at all, I am gonna say I definitely ran 9.2 mi. To be realistic, I probably ran 6-7 miles.

  3. Good job! 63 minutes. I would guess you probably did about 7 miles.
